At any time you can open the "Health" app and edit the permissions for RunGap under "Apps" in the "Privacy" section for your profile (upper, right corner). You should allow RunGap to write all 9 data types in order for the export to work as intended. RunGap will automatically ask for permission to write "Active Energy", "Cycling Distance", "Flights Climbed", "Heart Rate", "Steps", "Swimming Distance", "Walking + Running Distance", "Workout Routes" and "Workouts" the first time you send data to HealthKit. You don't have to do anything in advance to start sharing your workouts to Health. To use Health with RunGap you must use and iPhone running iOS 8.0.2 or later. Both HealthKit and the Health app are unavailable on iPad. RunGap makes it easy to export your complete training history from popular services like Garmin, Endomondo, RunKeeper, Strava, Runtastic, Polar, Suunto, Adidas, Magellan, Nike+ and many others to Health with a just few taps.
